The Local Delivery
- Chroma Living delivers to any street address in Singapore - extra surcharge for Sentosa Island.
- We do not deliver to Islands such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Jurong Island etc.
- We deliver through our in-house delivery team or external logistic partners.
- For ex-stock, delivery will take about 3 - 6 working days.
- Our standard delivery timing is Monday - Friday, between 11am - 6pm. We also provide Saturday Delivery, between 10am - 12pm with an additional fee.
- Customised items from overseas will take about 4 to 9 weeks for us to indent the item locally and deliver it to your doorstep.
- Self-collection is available from Monday - Friday, between 11am - 6pm @ 60 Benoi Road, Singapore 629906.
For Standard Delivery in Singapore, it's on us!
We do ship internationally. The shipping rate varies in which country you are from. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you from there!
- Each item that leaves our warehouse will have gone through extensive quality checks. However, sometimes things do slip through and we genuinely apologize for that.
- We will accept returns or exchanges for items that have significant defects. With that being said, take note of these pointers that Chroma Living is not able to accommodate for:
- Any of the wall decorators installed in an area that is not recommended. Eg: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Wardrobe and Balcony
- Any of the wall decorators has already been installed onto the wall.
- Items on ‘Sale’, ‘Clearance’, or ‘Custom Made’.
- For returning the goods, please write to us first at email@example.com with attached pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
