The Local Delivery
- Chroma Living delivers to any street address in Singapore - extra surcharge for Sentosa Island.
- We do not deliver to Islands such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Jurong Island etc.
- We deliver through our in-house delivery team or external logistic partners.
- For ex-stock, delivery will take about 3 - 6 working days.
- Our standard delivery timing is Monday - Friday, between 11am - 6pm. We also provide Saturday Delivery, between 10am - 12pm with an additional fee.
- Customised items from overseas will take about 4 to 9 weeks for us to indent the item locally and deliver it to your doorstep.
- Self-collection is available from Monday - Friday, between 11am - 6pm @ 20 Depot lane #01-05 Singapore 109763.
For Standard Delivery in Singapore, it's on us!
We do ship internationally. The shipping rate varies in which country you are from. Please email us at email@example.com and we will advise you from there!
- Each item that leaves our warehouse will have gone through extensive quality checks. However, sometimes things do slip through and we genuinely apologize for that.
- We will accept returns or exchanges for items that have significant defects. With that being said, take note of these pointers that Chroma Living is not able to accommodate for:
- Any of the wall decorators installed in an area that is not recommended. Eg: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Wardrobe and Balcony
- Any of the wall decorators has already been installed onto the wall.
- Items on ‘Sale’, ‘Clearance’, or ‘Custom Made’.
- For returning the goods, please write to us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with attached pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
