Delivery Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing your Living space’s wall decoration with us.

 We truly appreciate it! Please take note of our Delivery & Return Policy:  

Singapore Delivery (Complimentary)

• Chroma Living delivers to any street address in Singapore. We do not deliver to Islands such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Jurong Island etc. 
• We deliver through our in-house delivery team or external logistic partners. 
• For all wall murals and texture paint, delivery will take about 7-10 working days. Stone panel 14-20 working days.
• Our standard delivery timing is Monday - Friday,  between 11am - 6pm.

West Malaysia Delivery (Complimentary)

• We deliver through our in-house delivery team or external logistic partners. 
• For all wall murals and texture paint, delivery will take about 10-14 working days. Stone panel 3-4weeks
• Our standard delivery timing is Monday - Friday,  between 11am - 6pm.

Other countries

We do ship internationally. The shipping rate varies in which country you are from. Please email us at enquiry@chroma.com.sg and we will advise you from there! 

All Returns

Each item that leaves our warehouse will have gone through extensive quality checks. However, sometimes things do slip through and we genuinely apologize for that. 

• We will accept returns or exchanges for items that have significant defects. With that being said, take note of these pointers that Chroma Living is not able to accommodate for:
  • Any of the wall decorators installed in an area that is not recommended. Eg: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Wardrobe and Balcony 
  • Any of the wall decorators has already been installed onto the wall. 
  • Items on ‘Sale’, ‘Clearance’, or ‘Custom Made’.
• For returning the goods, please write to us first at enquiry@chroma.com.sg with attached pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
