Have a very good experience with Chroma Living when looking to install fluted panel for my place. Unlike other stores I have contacted, they actually bother to response to your WhatsApp message and proactive in following up with their clients.

I contacted them thru WhatsApp at first, and receive a prompt response and follow up quotation as promised. But I have to put the decision on hold due to delay in renovation. Few weeks later I pop by their outlet at Oxley Bizhub unannounced, and Brenda had patiently walk us thru our options and help us with the color combinations. I would also called out that unlike other shops we visited, Brenda is not pushy for us to commit and have also gone above and beyond to help us looked into options to cut cost wherever possible.

Post sales follow up is also very prompt, we express the wish to expedite the installation if shipment arrive earlier, and have received very timely updates from Brenda to help us complete the installation ahead of schedule.

If you are installing fluted panel, I would recommend to go direct with a supplier instead of letting your ID mark up unnecessarily. And if you are looking for a direct supplier, I would highly recommend Chroma Living for their professional pre and post sales services!

My wife first engaged Brenda to ask for quote and then I was the one who liaised with Brenda. I must say her prompt response really impressed me most. She even find time to come by my place for a site survey and made effort to send me samples. She's very helpful and gave good recommendation. Thank you!

a month agoI engaged Chroma Living to do a fluted panel for my Tv wall. I chose the premier series in pure white. It turned out very nice. The 2 guys who came were meticulous. They did an excellent job. Thank you to Brenda too who was really easy to liase with. I must say I am extremely pleased.

Having to design our own home without ID is a challenge. We are indeed blessed to have Brenda of Chroma who never fail to guide us in selection of contemporary colours with her vast experience.

Outcome is always fantastic. Service is extremely good with site visits to ensure smooth running of installation.

The blind installation was done today . Although sample termed it as beige 003, the color turn out exactly like champagne gold as recommended by kelvin . With combination of ceiling fan that has tri-color lighting , the blind plays up to , champagne gold , beige, grey.
Blackout system was also suggested for us who wish to have privacy and avoid sunlight while watching a good movie in a lazy afternoon . 👍🏽😊

We engaged Chroma Living to do our new house-Resale for painting, electrical works, vinyl flooring, blinds and this aesthetically eye catching champagne sticker to our household shelter door as per pic posted. Kelvin, the owner had taken time to look into details of application of the respective jobs ensuring that they were done well. He tried his level best to accommodate the works to our available schedule and also personally came down frequently to check on the quality of work. Most importantly, he took our feedbacks openly and ensured works were completed to our expectations. Couldn’t complain more except to recommend him to friends and family.
